I know someone who dealt with 'phantoms', like the ones you've dealt with. He called them something else, but the effect was the same.

I've been wondering how you've been, with regards to that.

... Somewhat better. He's keeping his distance for now.

I'm glad to hear that, actually.

I'm not really a professional or anything quite yet, but social work is my field of study and I have my friend who's handling something similar besides. Things like that aren't particularly strange to me, if you ever need to talk about it.

I'm not insisting that you should, given that we barely know each other, but the offer is still there, and it's something I've been wondering about with regards to you, that's all.

[It's been awhile since the crazy weekend, and Neku's been thinking. Last time, he himself had shown up and helped traumatize Nagi- as well as some important people of his friend's. And well... he's starting to worry about some other sad people he knows who might need a word or 20 afterwards.

But man, just... contacting people if hard and awkward. He's got this though, he is a cool dude he knows how to social link]

[...Well, it's been a few days since the...everything that last post Micchy'd thrown out there has decided to be; he has to admit that he's curious about whatever the hell that was, um...]

I don't suppose whatever all of this is has gotten any easier for you over the past few days...?

Oh. Ah... mm. A little...

[He's a bit surprised Tsukiyama called, but... he's been hiding a bit the past few days.]

... The first human-derived Inves I know of looked somewhat like this. It's still a bit difficult to look at.

What about you? Were you affected by this?

I was, yes, but it could have been decidedly worse; if anything, I've gotten off easy.

[Fluffy as hell, Micchy.]

I can't say I'm familiar with Inves, however.

That's good, at least.

... Inves are... from the Helheim Forest, controlled by Overlords. Most of them were their equivalents of human before the forest changed them. They eat the fruit that grows there. And if someone from my world should wander in there and not have a specific item, the fruit is difficult to resist.

That's what happened to Yuuya, the leader of my old dance team. And he turned into an Inves that looked a lot like this. Kouta didn't even know he killed him for a long time...

[Micchy's the one who's been making sure more than anybody that Wrath sticks to the rules, and Wrath just broke those rules super bad by up and disappearing for so long.]</sub>

[At first he doesn't know what to say. He wants to yell at Wrath for worrying him, he wants to scold him for not checking in with headquarters... but he can't help but feel relief flood him as he crouches down and pulls Wrath into a tight hug, trying not to cry.]
